PC-9, 10 and 11

Rural and unprotected areas PC-9 and 10
PC-11 rate for dwellings over 10 miles from a recognized fire station and no fire hydrant or water source subject to underwriting approval.

Corporation/Family Trust/LLC

HO/DF policies, including liability, can be written in the name of a corporation, trust, LLP or LLC.

Course of Construction (COC)

Owner-builder or general licensed contractor
HO3 or DP3 form including hurricane for values up to $3.5M

Hurricane Coverage

No restrictions for single wall construction, COCs or distance to ocean
No flood insurance requirement

Reduced Restriction to Water

Oceanfront dwellings/condos accepted subject to underwriting approval

Scheduled Personal Property

Including jewelry and fine arts
