How to become a Monarch E&S Insurance
Services Producer

To get you set up, we will need to have the following forms returned prior to binding and to access the online Royal Rater. Once completed, please mail to:

Copy of your current agent/broker license
Copy of declarations page of your current E&O Insurance
Name of underwriter you work with at Monarch E & S Insurance Services.
If none, you will be contacted shortly by an underwriter.

Shortly, you will be contacted by a Monarch underwriter that will introduce you and your agency to all that Monarch E&S Insurance Services can do. You will also receive an agency code so that you can access the online Royal Rater.
