How to become a Monarch E&S Insurance
Services Producer

We do business with both admitted and non-admitted markets in commercial property & casualty, professional lines and personal lines.
To get you set up, we will need to have the following forms returned prior to binding. Once completed, please E-mail to Christy Yulistia: ChristyY@monarchexcess.com.
- Signed Producer Agreement (please contact Christy Yulistia ChristyY@monarchexcess.com to request a copy)
- Copy of your current agent/broker license
- Copy of declarations page of your current E&O Insurance
- American Modern Set Up Form (optional)
- Your e-mail address
Shortly, you will be contacted by a Monarch underwriter that will introduce you and your agency to all that Monarch E&S Insurance Services can do.
