• Accounts with BI exposure over 40% of TIV
• Highly damageable contents over 10% of TIV
• Tuck-under or soft story parking ineligible
• Known poor soil conditions ineligible
(i.e. very high liquefaction, bay mud / soft soil)
• Unreinforced masonry (URM) construction
• Frame construction older than 1956,
or any other construction older than 1975*
